Content & Upload Terms
These terms apply to any image, artwork, text, or other material ("Content") you upload to create a custom Opticrylic product. By uploading Content, you agree to the following.
Your rights and responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the Content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use it and have it printed, including the rights of any third parties (people pictured, photographers, artists, or brands).
- You are solely responsible for the Content you upload.
License to fulfill your order
You grant Opticrylic and Max Art Productions a limited license to store, reproduce, and print your Content solely to produce and fulfill your order and to provide customer support. We do not claim ownership of your Content.
Prohibited content
You may not upload Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, involves the sexualization of minors, or that violates any third-party right. We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order whose Content violates these terms, and we may report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities.
Our discretion
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review Content and to decline any order at our discretion. Because each print is custom made, orders that pass review and enter production are non-returnable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opticrylic and Max Art Productions from any claim arising out of the Content you upload, including claims of intellectual-property infringement or violation of privacy or publicity rights.
