What is your shipping policy?

We select the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Orders over $150 ship free.

What is the production turnaround time?

Production time is 5–7 business days for acrylic prints.

How do I prepare my file for printing?

Please submit your files as JPEG, TIFF, or PNG at 300 ppi, in sRGB, Adobe RGB (1998), or ProPhoto RGB color space.

How do I hang my acrylic print?

All prints come with recess mounting hardware for easy wall installation and a clean, floating appearance.

Can I order my acrylic with rounded edges?

Our acrylic prints come with standard straight edges. Rounded edges are available upon request at no additional charge.

What is your return policy?

Because every print is custom produced from your image, we cannot accept returns. If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at orders@opticrylic.com. We also offer a 7-day quality guarantee: if the print does not meet our quality standards, we will work with you to make it right.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer twelve sizes, from 8×10 up to 30×40. The eight larger sizes are available in your choice of Aluminum or Sintra recess mount. The four smaller sizes (8×10, 11×14, 12×12, and 16×20) are available in Sintra recess mount. Custom sizes above 40×40 are available by request at orders@opticrylic.com.

What mount options are available?

Larger sizes come in two mount options: Aluminum recess mount (premium, lightweight) or Sintra recess mount (value option). Smaller sizes (8×10 through 16×20) come in Sintra recess mount. Both produce a clean, floating-on-the-wall appearance. Framing options are coming soon.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.
