SHIPPING POLICY
All Opticrylic prints are custom produced to order in our Las Vegas studio. We do not stock finished inventory — each piece is printed, mounted, hand-inspected, and packaged specifically for you.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are produced and packaged within 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Larger sizes (24x36 and above) may require an additional 1 to 2 business days.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Within the contiguous United States:
Standard shipping: $8.00 flat rate on orders under $150.
Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00 flat rate.
Standard shipping is typically delivered within 3 to 6 business days after production completes. Express shipping is typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after production completes. Carrier and service may vary based on size and destination.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@opticrylic.com.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We pack every print with care, but in the rare event a piece arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@opticrylic.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the original packaging. We will replace damaged prints at no cost.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please email orders@opticrylic.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production we are typically unable to redirect it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact orders@opticrylic.com.
