CUSTOM ART POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, all Opticrylic prints are made-to-order specifically for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Custom prints are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Each piece is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If your print arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@opticrylic.com with photos of the damage. We will replace damaged prints at no cost.
PRINT QUALITY
We stand behind the quality of every print. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
